I love dreaming, i can say that without anyshame. Some one might said that this is an often mediocre and the lazy excuse,the people who like dreaming is most probably want to avoid reality, they are aloser in the real world, so they hide themselves in the dream world, to enjoythe fancy world that they could not have in the real world. On the contrary,some one think that dreaming is good to people, which i could not agree more.

 我愛(ài)做夢(mèng)，我可以毫無(wú)羞愧地這么說(shuō)。有的人也許會(huì)說(shuō)這是庸人和懶人的借口，愛(ài)做夢(mèng)的人很有可能是想逃避現(xiàn)實(shí)，他們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)世界中是個(gè)失敗者，所以他們想把自己藏在夢(mèng)中的世界里，享受他們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)中得不到的東西。相反，有些人認(rèn)為做夢(mèng)對(duì)人類(lèi)有益，我完全同意這種說(shuō)法。

 Firstly, dreaming is a helpful way for people to release their pressure.In the modern society, people are suffer more tension than before, the stressfrom work, study, family and so on. Even though there are lots of ways tocoping with stress, but it is no doubt that sleeping is the most comfortableand convenient way to release pressure. Take a nap, swimming in the magic of adream world, it could really lift the spirits.

 第一，做夢(mèng)有助于人們釋放壓力。在當(dāng)代社會(huì)，人們幣以前承受著更多的壓力，來(lái)自工作的，學(xué)習(xí)的，家庭等等的。盡管還有許多方式釋放壓力，但是毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，睡覺(jué)是最便捷舒適的釋放壓力的方法。小睡一下，暢游在神奇的夢(mèng)中世界，這能讓人精神振奮。

 Second, dreaming could make people more creative. As everyone knows, thethings in dreams are not often happen in the real world, it is a bizarre anduntouchable world that can evolve by its own logic, different from the one inour life. In some ways, with those miraculous dreams, people could think out ofbox, they are more creative and innovation.

 第二，做夢(mèng)能讓人們更具創(chuàng)造力。眾所周知，夢(mèng)中的事物常常是不能在現(xiàn)實(shí)世界發(fā)生的，夢(mèng)是光怪陸離的，難以觸及的，擁有它自己內(nèi)在邏輯的，和我們生活的這個(gè)世界完全不同。從某種程度上說(shuō)，這些不可思議的夢(mèng)境能讓我們思考時(shí)不受條條框框的約束，讓人們更具創(chuàng)造力和革新精神。

  Insum, dreaming is not a lazy excuse, it really could help people releasepressure both in physical and psychological. So why don’t we take a nap when wefeel tire.

 總之，做夢(mèng)不是偷懶的理由，它能在生理和心理上幫助人們釋放壓力。所以當(dāng)我們感到疲憊的時(shí)候，為什么不小睡一會(huì)兒呢？
